Democratic leaders in Congress expect that the presentation of the final proposal of President Barack Obama to reform the health system on Wednesday to give life back to his main domestic policy initiative, which until recently seemed no hope.

The president planned to present his plan at the White House, after saying on Tuesday it was willing to include four Republican proposals in the draft. As evidence of exacerbated partisanship that has dominated the debate, its bid did not receive praise Republicans.
